All Eye Know beauty ensures the best quality products as best as we can. We hope you are 100% satisfied with your order! Please keep in mind certain styles are handmade and may not always look identical.

Due to sanitary and health reasons, lashes are not eligible for refund/exchanges

If for some reason product is defective or damaged, you must notify us WITH IN 72 hours of receiving your order to be eligible for a paid return shipping label from us.

All products may NOT be worn or altered in anyway to be eligible for a refund/exchange.

Returns Processing Time

Once you are assured a refund, your return/exchange will be processed with in 1-5 days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed. Please keep in mind that your bank may require additional days (2-5 Business says) to process and post this transaction.
