Shipping policy

Shipping and Delivery

We try our best to ensure orders are made the same day if ordered before 4:30PM (PST). Unless you made an order durning the weekend. Overall Please allow 3 business days for processing. Processing and shipping estimates do not account or holidays. Shipping method may be selected at checkout. Packages are shipped in the order they are received. Please note shipping times are not related to processing times, remote areas may require additional time for delivery. Also weather conditions may effect the arrival time for delivery.

Standard Shipping

Shipping rates are shown at checkout prior or payment. Please allow 2 business days for processing and 1-5 business days after processing for delivery. All orders received after 4:30pm (PST) will begin processing the next business day.

Overnight Shipping

We offer overnight shipping if order is placed before 12:30pm (PST). If order placed after 12:30pm (PST), order will still be sent out same day it was placed USPS Priority Mail Express. We are not responsible if USPS does not deliver your package on time as promised by them.

Incorrect Shipping Information

All Eye Know Beauty is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer at the time the order is placed. If a package is retuned to All Eye Know Beauty due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, then the customer will be responsible for the redelivery cost. We are not responsible for an lost or stolen packages CONFIRMed TO BE DELIVERED to your address by the USPS. Please contact your local post office to file a claim and open up an investigation as soon as possible.
